Union Solidarity and Catering Requirements: Hotel contracts prohibit outside food, beverages, and liquor in all meeting spaces. This is both a contractual obligation and an act of labor solidarity — bringing in outside items undermines the collective bargaining agreements of unionized hotel workers. All food and beverages must be ordered through hotel catering. Unauthorized items are subject to corkage and service fees.
