Video Update: NATCA Announces Agreement on 2.8% Pay Parity Increase for Air Traffic Controllers

NATCA is pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with the FAA to implement a 2.8% pay parity increase for eligible air traffic controllers. This agreement is the result of NATCA’s continued advocacy and efforts to secure the pay parity increase through Congress.
