RVP Monthly Update March 2025
| Hello NNM NATCA, I wanted to send an update for March to let the membership know what we have been doing and what our plans for the next month are. We are in negotiations for a CRWG MOU. ABACUS is being validated in more EnRoute facilities. The GI Bill has been reapproved for terminal and EnRoute facilities. Some programs and projects are being cut due to agency funding issues and NATCA is working with the Agency to determine the impact. Agency funding restrictions have impacted agency travel for non-operational or safety related expenses. Joint classes have been impacted by these restrictions as always reach out to your FacRep, ARVPs, or myself if you have questions or concerns about cancellations that have impacted you. NiW is the week of March 23 and we are looking forward to meeting with our Representatives and continuing to build those relationships. In this constant changing environment the NEB will be having a National Update every Sunday at 1600 EST so that our members can hear about current events and access the information the NEB has. We will be following up with emails for members that are unable to attend. We wanted to provide another method of communicating with the membership to get the information out as quickly and accurately as possible. If you have any feedback or suggestions please let me know. Additionally, the NEB will continue to host quarterly town halls where members will be able to interact and ask questions. Our next all members NNM call, where members will get a brief update as well as interact with the ARVPs and myself, will be Friday March 14 at 1000 MST/0900 PST. We visited facilities in MT, ID, UT and CO in Feb and have visits planned for WA and CO in March. If you have a member event or meeting you would like me to attend reach out and let me know.
