How to find your FAA email
If you do not know your FAA email address, you can locate it through your “public profile” link in the FAA’s eLearning Management System (LMS/eLMS) by following the steps below.
- Visit eLMS at https://elms.faa.gov
- Click the “Login” button
- Click the “Sign in with PIV / CAC Card” button
- Insert PIV card into the reader and enter PIV PIN number
- Click the person icon at the top-right corner of the page, then click “Public Profile”
- Locate the “Email” button on the flyout that opens, right-click the button, then select “Copy email address”
- Your FAA email address is now copied to the clipboard, you can paste the email address in the address bar of the browser to see the address.
- Alternatively, you can click “All Actions” then “Personal Information”
- Your email address is displayed below your name and facility in blue letters. It is difficult to read on the gray background but is more visible by “selecting” the text by clicking and dragging across it with the mouse.
