NATCA Scholarship Program
2025 NATCA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION OPEN UNTIL MARCH 1
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Spouses, children, stepchildren, and legally adopted children of active, retired and deceased NATCA members.
- NATCA members must have two years of continuous good standing active union membership prior to the applicants’ submission of application.
- Applicants’ enrollment is for full-time attendance at accredited colleges and universities within the United States and its territories for an undergraduate degree program.
The deadline to apply is March 1. The application for the scholarship can be found below.
The application process includes an essay submission. This year’s prompt asks candidates to examine factors that can strengthen or weaken labor unions:
Unions are strongest when their members stand united, but achieving unity can be challenging, especially when diverse perspectives and interests exist within the membership. Discuss the factors that contribute to division within a union, and explore strategies to strengthen and unify members toward common goals. How can leadership foster a sense of solidarity, build trust, and encourage collaboration among members with varying priorities?
