NATCA’s LEAP Class Shapes the Future of Union Leadership
NATCA members gathered in Glen Rose, Texas, from March 10-12 for the latest Leadership Experience Acceleration Project (LEAP) class. This program is designed to develop and strengthen leadership skills that will shape the future of the Union.
Instructors Lisa Cunningham (Kansas City ATCT, MCI) and Sarah Grampp (Kansas City Center, ZKC) guided participants through discussions and exercises aimed at fostering principle-centered leadership.
“Every time we hold a LEAP class, we get to see what the future of our union will look like,” Grampp said. “Each attendee brings their unique experiences and perspectives to the conversations, and we all get to learn and grow as leaders because of it.”
LEAP provides members with the tools to lead effectively, inspire their peers, and contribute to NATCA’s success. This latest class continues NATCA’s investment in its members, ensuring a strong and unified voice for the future.
