NATCA Celebrates International Women’s Day

NATCA recognizes International Women’s Day, as well as Women’s History Month and Women in Aviation Week (March 3-9). Aviation is a largely male-dominated field, and the bargaining units NATCA represents are no exception – reports say only around 20 percent of controllers in the U.S. are women. We know that the women of NATCA are just as capable and qualified as their male counterparts, and we remain proud to represent each and every one of you.
