Championing Women’s Leadership at Inaugural ATCA Aviation Conference
NATCA members gathered with a diverse group of professionals to discuss and promote the crucial role of women in aviation leadership at the inaugural Women in Aviation Leadership Conference (WIA), hosted by The Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) in Dallas, Texas, from April 2-4.
Reaching out to underrepresented groups to incite interest in leadership roles within aviation not only enriches the industry with diverse perspectives and ideas but also ensures a more inclusive and equitable work environment for everyone. By supporting events like WIA, NATCA reaffirms its dedication to inspiring and empowering women to pursue and excel in leadership positions, breaking traditional barriers and shaping the future of aviation.
