July 14 2017 // NATCA Leaders Join FAA in Collaboration Meeting in Boston
NATCA President Paul Rinaldi, Executive Vice President Trish Gilbert and the other members of the NATCA National Executive Board attended a collaboration meeting with NATCA and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) representatives in Boston this week.
The meeting was an opportunity for senior leaders from NATCA and the FAA to discuss strategies to support collaboration throughout the system. Discussion centered on collaborative efforts throughout the Air Traffic Organization (ATO). Rinaldi spoke on collaboration from the perspective and experience of NATCA’s Regional Vice Presidents, and FAA Directors of Operations also shared their collective efforts at working together better. The group discussed Trajectory Based Operations, safety, training, and labor relations issues.
