Mark Rausch
Region X Regional Vice President (NRX)
This is the first term of Mark Rausch as Region X (NRX) Regional Vice President. Mark is honored to serve the Members of all 9 bargaining units that Region X represents, in all of the aviation safety professions, across our country. Mark previously served as a Region X Alternate Regional Vice President. He began his activism shortly after by being elected as the Western Flight Procedures Team principal representative and Vice President at Engineers Northwest Mountain (ENM). He also has served as a Representative Training (RT-1) instructor, a LEAP (Leadership Experience Acceleration Project) instructor, and a Professional Standards committee member. Mark Rausch began his Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) career in 2020 with the Western Flight Procedures Team in the Western Area Regional Office in Des Moines, Washington. Prior to joining the FAA, Mark worked for the Department of the Navy at Naval Flight Information Group. He retired as an air traffic controller from the United States Marine Corps after 20 years of honorable service. Mark joined NATCA upon being hired with the FAA.
