New NATCA Advocates Prepare to Take Their Message to Capitol Hill
This morning, 87 first-time attendees at NATCA in Washington 2025 took an important step in their journey as legislative advocates. Guided by experienced NATCA activists, our Union’s National Legislative Committee, and NATCA’s Government Affairs Team, they learned how to confidently speak about our Union’s critical advocacy priorities to Congress.
Through mock meetings and mentorship, these members gained the skills to communicate effectively with lawmakers. Their voices matter, and their presence strengthens our collective fight for the future of the National Airspace System.
