NATCA in Washington 2025 is officially underway! We kicked off this critical week with our roll call, a proud tradition rooted in the U.S. Air Force, where leaders account for every member before a mission begins. Today, our mission is clear: to advocate for our members and the future of our profession.

Our members—constituents from across the country—are heading to Capitol Hill to meet with lawmakers and ensure they understand the urgent need for recruitment, training, retention of existing controllers, and modernization. With members from every congressional district, our message is powerful: NATCA fights for our members, who are vital to maintaining the safety and efficiency of the National Airspace System, and we need Congress to act to protect our essential workforce and profession.
