NATCA Member Attends Labor Event with U.S. Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon

Philadelphia ATCT (PHL) member Brandy Willis represented NATCA at the Mary Gay Scanlon Labor Community Happy Hour last month. During the event, Willis had a conversation with U.S. Representative Mary Gay Scanlon (Penn.-5).

“As soon as I told her I was a NATCA member, she said she was hopeful that the FAA Reauthorization Act would pass later that week,” Willis said. “She expressed her appreciation for the support of labor unions in her district.”

Other labor union leaders also attended the event, including Lane Conley, a local PHL Professional Aviation Safety Specialists (PASS) union member. Willis was enthusiastic about the opportunity to build relationships and support those who align with NATCA.
