Happy 25th NATCAversary to our NOTAM Office Specialist Bargaining Unit

On March 23, 1999, the Federal Labor Relations Administration (FLRA) certified NATCA as the exclusive bargaining representative of NOTAM (Notice to Air Missions) Office Specialists. The members in this bargaining unit work at the David J. Hurley Air Traffic Control System Command NOTAM Office in Warrenton, Va. They are responsible for operational compliance with policies and procedures, and communicate this data to pilots on any issue that impacts safety of flight.
