U.S. Rep. Max Miller Tours Cleveland Center
U.S. Rep. Max Miller (Ohio-7) recently toured Cleveland Center (ZOB) and met with Ron Shonk (Cleveland Center, ZOB) and other local NATCA members. The congressman was eager to learn about Cleveland Center’s operations. He asked a lot of questions and displayed a sincere interest in learning about the air traffic system. Rep. Miller offered praise for air traffic controllers numerous times during the tour.
Rep. Miller vowed to encourage the U.S. Senate to pass FAA Reauthorization. After the tour, Shonk said, “this appears to be the beginning of a strong, positive relationship between Congressman Miller and NATCA.”
