NATCA President Santa Participates in Global ATC Alliance Meeting
NATCA is a member of the Global Air Traffic Controllers Alliance, the coalition of labor unions representing more than 30,000 air traffic controllers and other aviation safety professionals in countries around the world, who oversee more than half of the global airspace. The Alliance is a collective voice contributing to the safety and efficiency of the modern airspace system by influencing technology and advancing collaborative industry relations. NATCA President Rich Santa serves on the Alliance’s executive board. On Tuesday, March 7, Santa participated in a meeting of the Alliance members in Geneva, Switzerland. Also participating in the meeting was former NATCA President Paul Rinaldi, who is the Vice President of the Global Alliance.
