LeBovidge Appointed to Advanced Aviation Advisory Committee
NATCA Executive Vice President Andrew LeBovidge was recently appointed to the Advanced Aviation Advisory Committee (AAAC). The AAAC — formerly known as the Drone Advisory Committee (DAC) — is a broad-based federal advisory committee that provides independent advice and recommendations to the FAA on key unmanned aircraft system (UAS) and advanced air mobility (AAM) integration issues, interests and policies. The AAAC’s work relates to the efficiency and safety of integrating advanced aviation technologies into the National Airspace System. AAAC members represent various stakeholder groups with an AAM background. The next AAAC Meeting is scheduled for Oct. 20, 2022 in Arlington, Va. Read more about the AAAC here.
