NATCA Members in Florida Come Together to Support Brothers and Sisters in Need
Jacksonville Center (ZJX) is hosting a local fundraising campaign to buy relief supplies for our Caribbean brothers and sisters affected by Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
By participating in this fund raising, ZJX member Jay Cooney is encouraging a sense of financial responsibility and charity in his 5-year-old daughter Alexis. When Alexis heard about the hard times people in Puerto Rico are experiencing, she wanted to help. Alexis got her piggy bank from her room and asked her dad to give her hard-earned savings ($19.05 to be exact) to assist those in need. NATCA ZJX accepted her contribution, and sincerely thanks Alexis and the rest of the Cooney family for their generosity.
If you’d like to break into the piggy bank to help your brothers and sisters in need, please consider a donation to the NATCA Disaster Relief Fund.
