Recently, NATCA President Paul Rinaldi and Executive Vice President Trish Gilbert attended the International Transport Workers’ Foundation Remote Towers Conference in London, England. Rinaldi met with international Union leaders and discussed the similar challenges facing transportation unions and workers around the world.
There was a large turn out for the Oklahoma City Student Meet & Greet on Tuesday, Feb. 9. This is the largest turn out seen in the past few years. The lunch Meeting was attended by 35 students and the dinner meeting was attended by nearly 150 students. Attending on behalf of NATCA were New England RVP Mike Robicheau, Southwest RVP Andrew LeBovidge, Central RVP Kevin Peterson, NATCA Professional Standards Lead Garth Koleszar, and NATCA Southern Region Reloaded Rep Rob Hoss. They discussed the air traffic controller training program, answered questions on current legislation, and went over the many benefits of being a NATCA member.
