NATCA Safety Conference and Archie League Medal of Safety Awards Webcast Live This Week - (3/2/2009)

The National Air Traffic Controllers Association this week is holding its annual Communicating for Safety conference and Archie League Medal of Safety awards at the Rio in Las Vegas. The conference begins later today with selected events and then continues on Tuesday and Wednesday. NATCA President Patrick Forrey will open Tuesday's schedule with a keynote address at 8:15 a.m. PST.

All events on Tuesday and Wednesday will be webcast live on the www.natca.org

web site, including the fifth annual Archie League awards, saluting the best controller flight assists of 2008, which will be presented at a special banquet Tuesday night at 8 p.m. PST. All events will also be archived for viewing anytime.
