NATCA MEMBER IN NEED OF LEAVE DONATIONS: Tim Fodor, ZLA

Longtime NATCA member and former PATCO controller Tim Fodor from Los Angeles Center (ZLA) has been approved for the Voluntary Leave Transfer Program (VLTP). Tim has been the Staff Rep at ZLA and has been active in NATCA for numerous years. He joined PATCO and stayed in PATCO until he found himself without a job after the 1981 strike. He was rehired in September of 2001 and joined NATCA his first day back.

Since 2009, Tim has had severe kidney stone complications. This has resulted in three surgeries and the possibility of another in the near future. In addition, he has chronic back problems that have further complicated matters. Tim also is the sole support for his daughter and her three children.

Tim has exhausted all of his leave and is in need of our help. Please consider assisting him. For more information on all members in need of leave donations, please click HERE.

NATCA recently implemented a new Platinum Retired Membership Program! This membership level is an exclusive membership available at no cost to our NATCA members who fall into one or both of the following categories:
  1. NATCA members who paid dues as active members for 20+ consecutive years immediately prior to their retirement.
  2. Charter Members who paid dues as active members consecutively from the inception of their membership until their retirement date.
