Chicago O'Hare Tower Facility Representative Dan Carrico is serving as the NATCA rep for the controllers working this year's EAA AirVenture Oshkosh event and also working as a controller.

The dazzling daily afternoon air shows at EAA AirVenture 2013 have provided a stunning backdrop for the NATCA booth at the event.

The NATCA lanyard being used by members this week sits proudly against the iconic pink shirt of the controllers working this week's event. Several members have described the shirt as a "badge of honor" and working this week stands as a highlight of their careers.

NATCA member Sarah Owens (Kansas City Center), who is also a pilot, takes a couple of young visitors through a pre-flight checklist at EAA KidVenture. NATCA members staffed both the FAA pre-flight booth and the Air Traffic Control booth at the KidVenture event all week.
