LAST OPPORTUNITY: WE Survey Closes in One Week

NATCA strongly supports the Workforce Engagement (WE) program and encourages you to take the WE survey. It is an opportunity to have your voice heard and make a difference in your workplace. If you have already taken the survey, thank you for your participation!
If you have not taken the survey - which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete - please act quickly as the survey closes Sunday, March 25. The deadline was extended by one week to encourage more participation.
To take the survey, you can wait until you are on duty time at work OR you can click on the link below on your own time, follow the “Look-up access code” link near the bottom and take the survey now:

If you prefer, you can also complete the survey via Gallup's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system. Please follow the instructions below on how to use the Interactive Voice Response system.
- Call 1-800-308-7357 to access the survey.
- Call toll-free, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from work or home. The line will close March 25, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. central time. You must call from a touch-tone phone to complete the survey.
There are two outstanding videos about the WE program that we invite you to watch. One is a general overview of WE and the second is a look at some success stories of WE at ATC facilities. Please take a few minutes and watch both videos to learn more about what WE is all about.

Again, the survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and we urge you to participate. Under no circumstances will your personal responses be revealed to anyone within FAA or NATCA.
